Removing CO2 From Ambient Air

Climate stabilization will not be achieved by a rapid global reduction of emissions alone. Direct air capture is the removal of CO2 directly from air via technology – an approach that is essential as a means of mitigating climate change. Climeworks has developed such a technology, which captures the CO2 through an adsorption-desorption process.

Eden has a top tier seedling survival rate — over 80% — with a focus on planting tree species native to the land, including mangrove trees in Madagascar and Mozambique.
